ok so i don't know what i actually need to provide here

So here's my:

i haven't actually researched how to do this yet, so everything is subject to change

and finally: INVITE THE BOT TO YOUR SERVER
(it needs administrator rights right now, but this is subject to change once i know the full scope. Cyberdragon will only create/assign roles for now, not delete/change anything. All future features that could do that are off by default)
